April 2021 - The Short Summary

 

Inventory levels are still low across all of Boulder County, although every week we are seeing more new listings making it to market.  On the flip side, we still have quite a bit of pent-up buying power.  COVID19, and the Boulder lifestyle in general, still has a lot of out-of-state buyers trying to make Boulder their home. "Multiple offers" is the name of the game in this market.
